What kinds of athletes do you work with?

We treat all kinds of athletes, at every level of every sport. From pro basketball to amateur golfers, from die-hard marathoners to weekend soccer hounds, we treat them all. And as a certified athletic trainer, Lino Cedros can also advise you on ways to improve your performance in the process of recovery from your injury.

Do you treat children and/or young athletes?

Yes, we do. Children are pretty resilient, by nature, but they sometimes become injured in the process of playing a sport or during other life events. Luckily, they often do not need prolonged treatment. Feel free to bring them in for their own personal treatment—we’ll do all we can to help.

We also treat young athletes from elementary age through high school, at all levels of competition.

Do you and your staff participate in ongoing education and training?

Absolutely. In fact, Lino Cedros is a part-time instructor for the URSA Foundation in Seattle, Washington, and teaches alongside Osteopathic physician Loren H. “Bear” Rex, D.O. Lino travels to Seattle at least once a month to teach, and has over 1000 teaching hours to his credit.
